Finishing of facades and elevations

Ventilated facade

Like some kind of airbags that keep the house from getting wet. This solution also reduces the level of moisture in buildings, forcing it to the outside. Ventilated facades have thermal insulation properties, keep the cold out in winter and heat in summer.

Aluminum facade

It is mainly used in industrial construction as a showcase for large corporations and public buildings. It is a material that allows the facade to take various shapes. Very often this type of material is combined with glass, a building with such a facade shines beautifully in the sun, it is modern, elegant and very exclusive.

Steel facade

This is another tribute to the ultra-modern designs that won the hearts of architects. The steel facade is a combination of massive steel columns that stabilize and add austere character to large glass surfaces. Currently, this solution is most often used in office buildings, corporations and industrial buildings.

Wooden facade

Currently, instead of heavy facade boards, a wooden cladding is used, which is resistant to mechanical and weather factors. In addition, composite boards and claddings are becoming more and more popular, as they perfectly imitate wood, but are more resistant to any damage, moisture, temperature changes and do not require maintenance. Contemporary wooden facades are not used on the entire front wall of the building, but only emphasize one of the structural elements. The most fashionable combinations are wood and glass, wood and concrete, and wood and aluminum.

Concrete facade

Initially, decorative concrete was used in interiors as an addition, now it is used as a decoration material on the walls of buildings. Facade concrete consists of large concrete slabs in one of the shades of gray or whole elements of smooth concrete. This material is combined with steel, aluminum, wood and even natural stone, and each composition looks just as good.

Plaster facades:

Clinker facades

It is extremely durable, but also expensive to make. Currently, an alternative brick is gaining popularity - a clinker tile, which is used to clad the outer walls of the building. The material is low-absorbent and resistant to weather conditions. It comes in many colors (including shades of red, brown and gray), so it is easy to match it with the architectural style of the building.

Wooden facades give the building a Nordic, idyllic or highlander character. For this purpose, specially profiled boards are used. The colors and patterns of the facades of wooden houses depend on the paint or stain varnish you use. Usually these are shades of natural raw material that give the building a Scandinavian character.
